Your order is specially made for you.
Refunds will be made at the discretion of the management; customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and packing of items; there may be a charge for restocking or administration fees if necessary. Signs & Designs of Perth will not be responsible for alterations to signs, or errors made during ordering process. If an error does occur, and we are at fault, we will replace the sign or refund payment.

We use the excellent services of Royal Mail; however, occasionally items may arrive late and there is a 15 day delay before Royal Mail can activate any query; if your item is urgent, or has a final date for arrival, you should always use the next day Special Delivery service.
Any normal postage parcel too big for the letterbox, will be sent 1st class recorded delivery.
